Xinhaiyi's performance forecast for January-September was revised to be 0%-40% lower than the same period of the previous year.

On September 25th, Xinhaiyi issued an announcement to amend the performance forecast for January-September 2012. According to the announcement, the company's 2012 Semi-annual Report disclosed on August 25 expects the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies from January to September 2012 to increase or decrease compared with the same period of the previous year: -30% —0%. The revised performance forecast is down by 0%-40% from the same period of the previous year. Specifically:
