Recently, Xiamen LED street lamp technology innovation and demonstration project successfully passed the acceptance. The expert group believes that the LED street lighting effect of the project is good, and the technical indicators such as average illumination, illumination uniformity and illumination power density meet the requirements. Compared with traditional street lamps, it has certain advantages in terms of road surface illumination uniformity and environmental ratio, and the energy saving effect is over 30%.
LED street lights have been demonstrated on four roads in Xiamen. Today, LED street lights on four demonstration sections have been used steadily for road lighting.
At the same time, the project research team has achieved breakthrough results in high-power chip and packaging, light distribution, heat dissipation, detection, final assembly and other technical joints. At present, each undertaking unit has filed a total of 31 patents, and obtained 17 utility model patents and 9 appearance patents. LED street lights are expected to be further promoted in some mature sections of Xiamen.
