The acceptance committee believes that the over-water buildings related to the power generation of the 4# unit have been completed according to the design requirements and passed the relevant acceptance; the installation and commissioning of the metal structures of the 4# unit and the tail water are completed, and the opening and closing is in good condition; the public system The GIS, unit parts and auxiliary equipment have been installed, and the relevant tests for the unit's waterless commissioning have been completed; the power plant production preparation work is basically ready; the 4# unit has the start-up test operation conditions and agrees to start the test run.
