Because the size of doors and windows of our buildings is not uniform, doors and windows products can only be personalized and customized, and at the same time lacking effective national standards, making the development of industrialization of door and window products difficult to land, relying solely on artificial production, quality varies greatly, companies are difficult to become bigger and stronger, so meet the intelligence The required door and window production line should have at least: save labor, reduce labor intensity, increase efficiency, product consistency, and rapid change of type.

The customized production mode of doors and windows is different from standard products. It has a trivial process, many intermediate links, and a greater possibility of error. In the investigation of a new material door and window assembly shop, North Steel found that the front-end process equipment used a fully automatic CNC machining center to produce raw materials, and the output reached 20 pieces/H. The assembly of the back-end ancillaries was all done by hand, and the assembly efficiency was not as good. Half of the incoming speed, there is also a phenomenon of stacking. Some of the workpieces are large in size, heavy in weight after being manually assembled on one side, and are not easily reversed on the backside. Large quantities of doors and windows of different specifications, handling, and temporary stocking of materials are handled in large quantities, and the handling time is too long, which greatly restricts the production capacity of the company. The company stated that they are in urgent need of logistics lines, turnover mechanisms, assembly facilities, etc. to increase the automation of product production. In order to help users realize the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise, the engineering experts of the North Steel Association have tailored an aluminum-clad wood door and window intelligent production line for them.

Production line structure introduction
Cantilever crane
It can realize the loading and unloading of products. After the product is put on line, it first passes through the assembly position of the buckle, and the relevant actions are completed by the transfer special plane to make a semi-finished product.
Automatic turnover mechanism
Adopting the integral one-touch two-turning station mode, using the round turning mechanism and the rack and pinion mechanism, the product walks for half a week, and the sensor senses the walking length. After stopping, it can realize 180-degree turning. Supporting adjustable fixtures, can achieve different specifications of doors and windows fixed (maximum size up to 2.5 * 3.5m, weight up to 0.5T).

Roller logistics line
It consists of a feeding conveyor line, two turnover conveyors, and a feeding conveyor line, connecting all production equipment into a unified whole.
Storage Lifting Mechanism
The platform is used to store the door and window frames. The transmission mechanism and guiding device cooperate with the control platform to lift the platform. The platform senses the change of the number of the door and window frames, transmits signals to the control system, starts the transmission mechanism, and realizes platform lifting. Limiting blocks are set to maintain a stable position on the plane to prevent damage during the pick-and-place process of the door and window frames resulting in product damage. A maximum of 20 products can be stored with a lifting capacity of 12 tons.
The line realizes the docking of equipment points and points, uses production management software to improve the operation level, and eliminates equipment inspection personnel and central control room management personnel in the whole system, and has no front-line operation workers. The production efficiency is nearly doubled, and the front-end materials can be satisfied. Beats, the entire line runs smoothly, and the one-time pass rate of the product is increased to 99%. At the same time, MES expansion interface is reserved to facilitate the upgrade of temporary storage measures for door and window products.
In the future, relevant departments will issue relevant standards for the size of unified residential doors and windows. This policy will break the bottleneck that restricts the development of the doors and windows industry, and many small and medium-sized enterprises will face the danger of going out.
